How it Works
Drop Off Your Duffel Bag!
Students are provided a laundry duffel as well as a separate dry cleaning/special care only bag along with instructions for the Wash/Dry/Fold and dry cleaning and special-care items. Service includes once-weekly cleaning each week of the academic year while class is in session. Students will have a specific drop off / pick up location depending on their housing.
Pick Up Clean Laundry!
Freshly laundered clothing is returned to assigned pick-up location (i.e., dorm door or housing lobby). Wash/Dry/Fold items will be neatly folded in duffel, and dry cleaning and special-care items will be pressed and returned on hangers.

- This plan includes our largest laundry duffel which can hold 40%-50% more weekly laundry

Dry Cleaning & Special Care Items
W&L students dress sharp and always look their best! We are here to help. Although dry cleaning is not included in our Laundry Service Plans, a separate dry cleaning and special-care items only bag is provided. This allows students to determine if and when they need dry cleaning and special-care items services. All dry cleaning and special-care items are charged on a price per piece basis. Examples of dry cleaning and special-care items include: silk, wool, rayon, sweaters, jerseys, fleece, hand wash, and line dry garments. These items are picked up and delivered on the same schedule as the laundry service duffel bags.
A credit card is required to be on file.
