How it Works
1. SIGN UP
Cavalier Essential Plan
Once weekly wash, dry, and fold laundry service; returned neatly folded and right side out. Service includes cleaning of bed and bath linens (including blankets/comforters). Dry cleaning, pressing, and gentle care services included in this plan.
Basic Plan
Once Weekly wash, dry, and fold laundry service; returned neatly folded and right side out. Service includes cleaning of bed and bath linens (excluding blankets/comforters). With this plan should the student include a garment that requires Dry Cleaning or Gentle Care Services, additional per item charges apply.
2. MAP IT
University Cleaners Laundry Services follows the undergraduate academic calendar and begins on Tuesday of the first full week of classes. Find the closest drop off/pickup location on Grounds.
3. DROP OFF
Central laundry chutes are located just outside of each mail room on Grounds. Service includes once-weekly cleaning each week of the academic year while class is in session.
4. PICK UP
Cleaned clothing will be available for pick up at your assigned mail room on Grounds during normal operating hours. The student will receive an email from Mail Services when clothing is ready for pick up. Come to the mail room window, your freshly laundered clothing will be neatly folded in your duffel. Dry Cleaning/Gentle Care items will be pressed and on hangers.
*Please note, if you have Dry Cleaning/Gentle Care items, they will be packaged separately from your laundry duffel. Be sure to ask for both bags.*
