1. How does the Collegiate Laundry Service work?

We pick up your laundry twice a week, wash, dry, and fold it, then deliver it back within two business days, all included in your subscription.

2. Do I need to be there for pickup or delivery?

No, you don’t need to be present. Just leave your laundry bag in the designated pickup spot, and we’ll handle the rest.

3. What items can I include in my laundry bag?

Most everyday clothing, bedding, towels, and athletic wear are included. Delicate or dry-clean-only items can be cleaned separately upon request.

4. How do I sign up for the Collegiate Laundry Service plan?

You can register online at universitycleanersva.com, through our University Cleaners App, or by calling (540) 464-6900. We’ll confirm your route and provide your bag before your first pickup.

5. When will I get my laundry back?

Laundry is typically delivered within two business days of pickup on your assigned route, usually Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday
