1. How does free pickup and delivery work?
You can schedule a pickup online, through our app, or by giving us a quick call. Just place your laundry bag in a visible spot and be sure to write your name on or inside the bag so we know who it belongs to. Our driver will pick it up and return it freshly cleaned on your next delivery day.
*Please note: There is a 10 lb minimum on all WDF orders.
2. How do I sign up for pickup and delivery?
It only takes a minute to get started. Simply create an account on our website or mobile app and select “Pickup & Delivery.” If you prefer, our team can also help set it up over the phone.
3. What should I put my clothes in for the first pickup?
Any disposable bag works fine for your first order, just make sure to write your name on or inside the bag. When we return your laundry, we’ll include a reusable University Cleaners bag for you to use next time.
4. When will I get my laundry back?
Most retail orders are ready within about three business days. If you’re using our FREE Pickup and Delivery Service, your laundry is usually returned on your next route day, typically Monday and Thursday or Tuesday and Friday.
5. Do I need to be home during pickup or delivery?
Not at all. Just leave your laundry in your usual designated spot, and our driver will take care of the pickup and delivery while you go about your day.
