How does pickup and delivery work?
It’s simple. Schedule a FREE Pickup and Delivery Service online, through our app, or by phone. Leave your items in a visible spot, and our driver will collect them and return everything freshly cleaned on your next delivery day.
Do I need to be home for pickup or delivery?
No worries, you don’t have to be home. Just place your bag in your chosen spot, and our team will take care of it safely and promptly.
How do I sign up for pickup and delivery?
You can sign up any time at universitycleanersva.com, download the University Cleaners app, or call (540) 464-6900 to create your free account and schedule your first pickup.
How long does cleaning usually take?
Items dropped off in-store are typically ready within about three business days. For delivery, you’ll receive your order on your next scheduled route day, usually Monday and Thursday or Tuesday and Friday.
What areas do you serve?
We’re proud to serve Lexington, Staunton, Waynesboro, Fishersville, Buena Vista, and Verona, with collegiate routes for UVA, JMU, VMI, Virginia Tech, and Washington and Lee University.
